The event is licensed by Welsh Athletics and is therefore bound to the rules and regulations of the sport as set by the governing bodies (UK Athletics/Welsh Athletics/World Athletics). Failure to abide by the rules of the governing body will lead to disqualification.
Through registering for the ABP Newport Marathon Festival and the agreement to the Waiver and Terms and Conditions, a contract is agreed between Run 4 Wales (“The Organiser”) and the participant. This is agreed to upon registering.
